17 Eylül 1969’da Hickory, North Carolina’da doğdu. Amerikan aktör en çok “Band of Brothers”daki “Yüzbaşı Ronald Speirs” rolüyle ün kazanmıştır. 2 kız kardeşi ve 3 erkek kardeşi olan Setle ailenin en genç üyesidir. Şu sıralarda ise Gossip Girl’de, eski bir rock yıldızı olan aile babası Rufus Humphrey rolünü canlandırmaktadır.
