William Carlos Williams
William Carlos Williams (d. 17 Eylül 1883, Rutherford, New Jersey, ABD - ö. 4 Mart 1963, Columbia, Kentucky, ABD), modernizm ve imgecilik akımlarına dahil edilen ABD'li şair. Ayrıca pediyatristtir. Tıp alanında çalışıyor olması, kesinlikle şiirinin ana konusunu da etkiledi. Biyografi yazarı Linda Wagner-Martin'e göre Williams, "yazar olmak için, pediyatrist olmak için çalıştığından daha fazla çalıştı." Williams yaşamı boyunca şair olarak da doktor olarak da başarılı oldu.
